Salary Range: $66,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and test PLC logic for new and existing manufacturing equipment.
• Design and configure Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and SCADA systems for operational control.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex automation issues related to PLC programs and I/O.
• Modify and optimize existing PLC programs to improve machine performance and reliability.
• Perform system integration and commissioning of new automation systems on the manufacturing floor.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs and system configurations.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to define automation requirements and provide technical support.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell Automation, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Proven experience in industrial automation system design, implementation, and commissioning within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong ability to read electrical schematics, troubleshoot complex control systems, and perform diagnostic analysis.
• Solid understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and motor control principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a related technical field.
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and best practices in an industrial environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with HMI/SCADA development and configuration.
• Proficiency in industrial networking protocols beyond standard Ethernet/IP (e.g., Profinet, Modbus TCP, OPC UA).
• Experience integrating PLCs with databases (e.g., SQL) or higher-level programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) for data acquisition and analysis.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) for automation software.
