Salary Range: $74,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis of non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor key process indicators (KPIs) and apply statistical process control (SPC) techniques to ensure process stability and capability.
• Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure quality requirements are met during new product introduction (NPI).
• Manage supplier quality through qualification, performance monitoring, and resolution of supplier non-conformances.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and optimize manufacturing efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, MSA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949).
• Demonstrated ability to apply statistical methods for process control and improvement.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for complex data analysis and Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for quality reporting and dashboards.
• ASQ certification beyond CQE (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Reliability Engineer).
