Location: Newaygo, MI

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Job Summary

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a General Laborer to join our team in Newaygo, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us to build quality wood door frames from start to finish.What You'll Be Doing

As a General Laborer, your core responsibilities will include:

• Door Frame Production: Helping build quality wood door frames from start to finish. This can involve repairing and sanding boards, building doors, machine work, and packaging/assembling.
• Repetitive Tasks: Performing repetitive tasks as part of the production process to maintain efficiency.

In addition, you will also be expected to work as a team and be able to work overtime and weekends when needed.What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail
• Quick learner
• Able to work as a team
• Able to do repetitive tasks
• Able to lift 25 pounds max, more frequently 10 pounds
• Able to work overtime and weekends when needed

Skills:

• Hand Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using hand tools for various production tasks.
• Physical Stamina: Able to bend and stretch during the entire shift.
• Measurement Skills: Able to read and use a tape measure for accurate work.
• Math Skills: Good math skills for measurements and general production tasks.
