Essential Job Functions:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand assembly requirements and specifications
• Assemble and integrate various mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components to build automated machines according to product specifications
• Install and align machine components ensuring proper fit and functionality
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of machine components, subassemblies, and complete systems to ensure proper functionality and adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify and resolve technical issues during the machine assembly and testing process
• Interfaces with customers and vendors as necessary
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) as a machine builder, machine assembler, or similar role in manufacturing equipment
• Must be able to accurately read and interpret blue prints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of mechanical assembly techniques and tools
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment with effective communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Must possess own hand tools
• Must have valid driver's license and must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally at 20% or less per calendar year
• Frequently moves, lifts, transports, positions, and installs equipment and material greater than 20lbs
