Stock Plan Administrator
- Administering all aspects of the company's stock plans, including grants, exercises, vesting, forfeitures, and cancellations.
- Maintaining accurate records of stock plan transactions and ensuring compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicating with employees, brokers, transfer agents, and other external parties regarding stock plan matters.
- Preparing and filing Section 16 reports and other SEC filings related to stock plan activity.
- Providing support for equity-related audits, valuations, and reconciliations.
- Developing and updating stock plan policies, procedures, and education materials.
- Analyzing and reporting on stock plan data and trends.
- Researching and implementing best practices and new developments in stock plan administration.
- Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or relevant, equivalent experience.
- Preferred three years of experience in stock plan administration, publicly traded company experience a plus.
- Knowledge of equity compensation principles, tax rules, accounting standards, and SEC regulations.
- A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and stock plan software.
- A keen attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in the use of the English language in reading, writing and speaking
- Strong communication skills, written and oral
- Ability to successfully interact with all organizational levels and the public
- Ability to work in an environment of growth and continuous improvement
- Ability to manage several activities/projects at once, to organize and prioritize work, and to meet deadlines
- Ability to be mobile in the work environment, and travel as required.
- Ability to pass a drug test
