Production Associate

Location: Detroit, MI

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay: Up to $17.00/hr

Job Summary

Are you looking for an opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company? We’re seeking dependable Production Associates to join a growing team in Detroit, MI. In this role, you’ll support production operations by assisting with hot stamping, material handling, and keeping the production line running efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Production Associate , your core responsibilities will include:

• Production Line Support: Assist on the production line by loading and unloading products to ensure smooth and efficient operations throughout the shift.
• Machine Operation: Operate and monitor a hot stamping press while following production instructions and safety procedures.
• Material Handling & Cleanup: Help scrap waste materials, maintain cleanliness throughout the production area, and support general production needs as assigned.

In addition, you will follow verbal and written work instructions, inspect products for quality concerns, assist with maintaining workflow, and support the team to ensure production goals are met.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or production experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and crouch throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance required.

Skills:

• Attention to Detail: Ability to stay focused and ensure quality while working on the production line.
• Reliability & Attendance: Consistently show up on time and ready to work.
• Willingness to Learn: Open to training and learning new production processes.
• Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written work instructions.
