As a **Security Guard - Healthcare Campus Patrol** in **Detroit, MI** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help create a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. Your presence and professionalism will help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to individuals at the healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter security-related risks and identify unusual activities.
+ Communicate and collaborate with facility staff and visitors to help to maintain an orderly environment.
+ Document incidents and/or unusual occurrences according to established protocols and company guidelines.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
