Experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Member

Ace Outdoor Services is hiring dependable Lawn Maintenance Crew Members to join our mowing team.
This is a hands-on outdoor position maintaining commercial and residential properties using professional lawn equipment. We’re looking for people who show up, work hard, take pride in quality, and can keep up with a fast-moving crew.
What You’ll Do
- Operate commercial zero-turn mowers
- String trim around buildings, trees, signs, fences, and landscape beds
- Edge sidewalks, curbs, and other hard surfaces
- Blow off sidewalks, parking areas, entrances, and landscape surfaces
- Follow property-specific work tickets and quality standards
- Help load, unload, and maintain equipment
- Work safely around vehicles, buildings, irrigation, landscaping, and other property features
- Complete assigned properties efficiently as part of a crew
What We’re Looking For
- Commercial mowing experience preferred
- Zero-turn mower experience required.
- Comfortable using string trimmers, blowers, and other lawn equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to perform physical work throughout the shift
- Dependable transportation to work
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well with a crew and follow direction
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Thursday
- Seasonal lawn maintenance with opportunities for additional work based on company needs
