Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) by defining manufacturing requirements and developing robust production processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues related to processes, equipment, and materials.
• Design, develop, and implement tooling, fixtures, and equipment solutions to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process flowcharts.
• Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing defects and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure seamless product realization and continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• Proven experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for tooling and fixture design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with manufacturing automation, robotics, or PLC systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus)
• Proficiency with specific ERP system modules (e.g., SAP PP, QM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Fluency in a second language relevant to global operations
