Randstad is partnering with a prestigious, nationally recognized Property & Casualty insurance carrier to grow their Personal Lines Agency Support Team. We are looking for motivated Agency Services Associates to serve as the primary point of contact for our independent insurance agents and policyholders.

- Work-Life Balance: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm EST schedule (38.75 hours/week). Shifts are static once assigned.
- Hybrid Flexibility: This role is based out of either Worcester, MA, or Howell, MI, with hybrid options available.
What You’ll Do:
As an Insurance Agency Services Associate , you will be the bridge between our partners and our customers:
- Deliver Excellence: Handle inbound calls from agents and policyholders, providing top-tier service that leaves a lasting positive impression.
- Problem Solve: Manage a personal diary of pending items, following up via email or phone to ensure timely resolutions.
- Provide Expertise: Interpret policy coverage, communicate underwriting guidelines, and assist with complex billing inquiries.
- Technical Support: Help agents navigate internal systems and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and deliver a seamless service experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Up to 2 years in a customer service environment (call center experience is a plus).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Mindset: You are a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment. You are coachable, adaptable, and genuinely motivated to help others succeed.
- Tech Requirements: If working remotely, you must have a hardwired internet connection (min. 10 Mbps upload / 50 Mbps download).
- Skills: Excellent telephone etiquette, strong communication abilities, and the patience to navigate complex inquiries with a positive attitude.
