About the Role: Senior Inside Sales Representative
This is more than a sales job—it’s a chance to help shape the growth of our Managed Transportation Services (MTS) and warehousing solutions. You’ll take the lead in building relationships, generating qualified leads, and booking key meetings with decision-makers across industries. Think of it as owning the top of the funnel—and playing a key role in our future.

Compensation & Rewards:
Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
Performance Incentive Pay: uncapped commission ~$20,000 for hitting KPIs
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000 – $100,000
Plus: 401(k) with company contributions, fully paid health benefits, generous PTO, and more.
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years in inside sales, business development, or B2B lead generation in supply chain
Must have experience in Managed Transportation
CRM wizardry and a firm grip on modern sales tools
Proven track record of setting appointments and moving leads to the next stage
Relentless drive, strategic thinking, and stellar communication skills
A team-first mindset and the hunger to grow
