Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for detailed design, development, unit testing, and integration of applications and services.
• Develop scalable, flexible, and high-quality code meeting both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design and build configurable software services supporting applications integrated with enterprise services.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, coordinating with extended teams across applications as needed.
• Apply secure development best practices and industry-standard design patterns.
• Create or update design documents, system documentation, and technical specifications.
• Create process and data flow diagrams to support data movement and integration.
• Collaborate closely with business users, business analysts, solution architects, and project teams.
• Support functional testing and performance testing activities.
• Work with technical delivery leads to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Ensure assigned work is delivered within defined project schedules.
• Design, develop, deploy, test, and maintain technical assets using enterprise-scale technologies, including:
• Web Applications
• Databases
• Container Computing Platforms
• Identity and Access Management
• API Management
• Infrastructure, Networks, and Integration Software
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of web services development and integration experience.
• Strong experience with enterprise integration and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) concepts.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong Automotive OEM industry experience is required.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale application development and integration technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with DevOps practices in a cloud environment.
• Exposure to containerization platforms and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of services.
