HVAC Installer - Experienced

$35-$40/hour | Full-Time | Year-Round Work | Southwest Michigan

What You'll Do

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Complete high-quality installations while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail
• Install and modify ductwork systems
• Run refrigeration lines, gas piping, venting, and low-voltage wiring
• Test, start up, and balance systems to ensure proper operation
• Troubleshoot installation issues and adjust as needed on-site
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Follow all company safety standards and applicable codes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation practices
• Experience installing:
  • Gas piping
  • Refrigeration piping
  • Ductwork systems
  • Furnaces
  • Heat pumps
  • Air conditioning systems
• Understanding of low-voltage controls and wiring
• Ability to test and balance HVAC systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of HVAC codes and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently while staying on schedule
• Pride in workmanship and customer service
