- Work alongside crew and crew leads from first response through job completion
- Rotating 24/7 on-call schedule for emergency dispatch
- Water extraction, structural drying, and equipment monitoring (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers)
- Fire, smoke, and odor remediation
- Demolition of damaged materials
- Job documentation photos, moisture readings, written notes
- Professional, empathetic communication with customers on-site
- Fast-moving, varied work
- Could be a flooded basement in the morning, fire damage response in the afternoon
- Constantly building new skills in the field
