Salary Range: $55,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, skilled trades, and administrative roles.
• Provide employee relations support, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA regulations.
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring fair and consistent application across the plant.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation, with a focus on plant safety and culture.
• Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and development plans.
• Coordinate and track employee training programs, particularly safety and skills development.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws, HR best practices, and manufacturing-specific regulations (e.g., OSHA).
• Demonstrated ability in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment, particularly for skilled trades and production roles.
• Strong understanding of compensation, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
• Experience supporting lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated involvement in safety program management or specific OSHA compliance for manufacturing.
• Familiarity with labor relations in a production or industrial setting.
