We are seeking a Full-time and Part-time Administrative Assistant for travel agency. We will train the right person.
We want to train you to be a travel agent. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for making travel arrangements, including reserving flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, packages, cruises and custom travel.
Responsibilities
- Provide clients with information about destinations, travel requirements and travel insurance
- Manage customer concerns and resolve issues that arrive pre and post travel
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, including responding to inquires
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
