Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• A background in hospitality is a plus, showcasing an understanding of guest needs and expectations.
