Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure high availability of critical production IT systems and infrastructure.
• Administer and support industrial control systems (ICS) infrastructure, including SCADA, MES, and connectivity to PLCs.
• Manage and secure network infrastructure for both IT and operational technology (OT) environments.
• Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery plans for vital manufacturing data and systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues on the shop floor.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies to protect intellectual property and operational technology systems.
• Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and apply necessary updates and patches to servers and workstations.

Recommended Qualifications

• In-depth experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs).
• Proven ability to support and integrate operational technology (OT) systems such as SCADA, MES, or industrial control systems (ICS).
• Proficiency in managing virtualized environments (VMware/Hyper-V) and hands-on experience troubleshooting server hardware and industrial PCs.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, endpoint protection, and implementing backup/disaster recovery solutions.
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for system automation and task efficiency.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial control systems (ICS) or operational technology (OT) environments.
• Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) integration.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices specific to industrial control systems (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443).
• Experience supporting databases or historians common in manufacturing environments (e.g., OSIsoft PI, MS SQL Server for production data).
