Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
• Process payroll, including calculation of wages, deductions, and tax remittances.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements to the general ledger.
• Prepare and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Generate financial reports such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Assist with inventory costing and valuation specific to manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems common in manufacturing.
• Experience with inventory management, job costing, and fixed asset accounting.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Familiarity with cost accounting principles (e.g., inventory valuation, COGS, WIP).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of inventory management processes and controls.
