Investor's Property Management (IPM) is seeking to fill the position of Administrative Specialist/Customer Care Coordinator. IPM is a small local property management company. Our apartments/house are mostly in the University of Michigan Campus area. The office is open 9-5 every weekday except holidays. The candidate needs to be trustworthy, pleasant, have computer skills and is attentive to detail. The position offered will begin as a part-time position with the ability to grow into full time. The pay range is $18-$22 per hour. The hours can be agreed upon in advance of starting the job. IPM needs at least 25 hours per week with the expectation of growing to full time. Computer skills used at IPM: google, drive, sheets, gmail, Rent Manager, Rhenti, Docusign and others. IPM will train but confidence in working in software programs is a plus.
