We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead PreK Room Teacher to join our team at Precious Angels Christian Academy in Clinton Township, MI. As a key member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children in a nurturing and supportive Christian environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
- Provide a safe and loving environment for children to learn and grow
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress
- Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom aides
- Observe and assess children's developmental needs and progress
- Minimum: Child Development Associate certificate in Early Childhood Education
- State certification or licensure for teaching early childhood education
- Experience working with young children in a classroom setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing a nurturing and educational environment for children
