Equipment Mechanic

NOW HIRING Equipment Mechanics at our Coldwater Branch Location.

Job Duties Include but not limited to:

– Tractor and Construction Equipment Diagnosis and Repair (Hydrostatic and Hydraulic Systems, Tractor Splits, Clutches, Electrical, etc.);
– Tractor Implement & Hay Tool Diagnosis and Repair;
– Turf Equipment (Zero Turn Mowers, Front Cut Mowers, Garden Tractors) Diagnosis and Repair;
– Service and repair of rental fleet equipment plus various makes and types of customer owned equipment as well as setting up new equipment;
– Repair and maintenance to our vehicle fleet and our facility tooling, specialty equipment;
– Job will primarily be on-site but will require some field work as well.

Qualities, Skills & Attributes:

– 5 years of tech experience are required;
– Self-Motivated;
– Excellent Customer Service Mentality;
– Organized;
– Skilled with Hydraulics and Hydrostatics;
– Must have Professional Technician Tool Set & Box;
– Musty be focused on efficiency and safety;
– Must be an excellent communicator;
– Reliable and Prompt;
– Chauffer’s License Designation (Preferred) with Good Driving Record;
– Must be able to be able to lift min 75 lbs.
– On-going education for our vendor requirements is mandator. Light travel will be necessary.
