Responsibilities

Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients to solicit interest in insurance solutions through various methods such as cold calling and email campaigns.

Needs Analysis: Assess client needs and personalize insurance offerings to provide comprehensive solutions.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed defined sales goals and performance metrics.

Policy Management: Oversee policy renewals and ensure all client information is up-to-date and accurately recorded.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering guidance and support throughout the insurance process.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about the latest insurance industry trends to offer knowledgeable perspectives and solutions to clients.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain relevant insurance sales licenses.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a customer service role is an asset.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Service: Proven ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent client service.

Motivation: A positive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset looking to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Technology: Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
