We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Communication Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with our clients regarding the flow of our services and providing information about parts and service timelines You will serve as a vital link between our company and our clients, ensuring that their needs are understood and addressed.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding service flow and parts flow
- Develop and maintain clear communication channels with clients and consumers.
- Create and distribute informational materials related to our services and parts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to clients.
- Monitor and respond to client feedback to enhance service delivery and parts delivery
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they understand our services and timelines
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and communications.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or client communication roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and software.
