Job at a Glance - Kalamazoo, MI; Part-Time Mid-Shift

Pay: $15 per hour - weekly pay

Schedule: Thursday and Saturday 2pm-10pm with occasional shifts of providing coverage; overall shift end times will vary

Location: Kalamazoo, MI (Portage RD and Millham Ave Area)

Hiring Process Timeline: ~7 Days

Start Date: First shift scheduled as soon as clearance is received

Responsibilities

• Clean floors: vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
• Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment
• Detail-clean surfaces using proper tools and cleaning chemicals
• Empty trash and maintain restrooms
• Keep work areas safe, clean, and well-maintained
• Report supply needs or equipment issues to supervisors
• Complete assigned tasks independently and on schedule

Requirements

Age 18 or older

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Reliable transportation to and from work

Ability to lift 25 lbs and operate cleaning equipment safely

Strong time management and ability to work independently

Preferred Experience

Previous commercial cleaning experience
