Administrative Assistant will help to provide our customers the high level of service and products they have come to expect.
Responsibilities -
- New Customer Set-up
- Enter orders
- Order Processing
- Invoicing customers
- Tracking production orders
- Complete Manufacture Certificate of Origin paperwork
- Creating new Vin numbers
- Use creative thinking and judgement to develop new ideas and concepts
- Ability to understand business needs and customer requirements
- Proficient with Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Efficient written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with staff at all levels in a team environment
- Solid work history
