Automotive Technician Service Advisor

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$60,000–$72,000+ Earning Potential | Weekly Pay

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding their service needs

• Write estimates, sell recommended services, and manage approvals

• Order parts and verify inventory accuracy

• Coordinate repair schedules with technicians

• Deliver excellent customer service via phone and in-person

• Use shop management software to track jobs and parts

• Participate in training and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience

• Strong sales skills and customer service mindset

• Ability to order parts , check inventory, and manage supplies

• Computer & phone proficiency

• Math skills for pricing, estimates, and margin tracking

• ASE Parts Certification a plus

• Professional, organized, and motivated

• Excellent communication skills

• Willingness to train and grow in the role

• Clean & valid Driver's License

Compensation

• Base Salary : $5,000/month

• Monthly Bonus Potential : Up to $1,200

• Total Earning Potential : $60,000–$72,000+ annually
