Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
- Collect data on client progress and communicate effectively with the BCBA.
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client services.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
