What You’ll Do

• Lead installation of plumbing, water softeners, filtration systems, and reverse osmosis units
• Handle smart, clean plumbing tie-ins—not dirty construction-site chaos
• Troubleshoot water pressure issues, leaks, and system performance
• Test water quality and help customers understand solutions
• Deliver top-tier customer service powered by your expertise
• Ensure all installations meet plumbing codes and manufacturer specs
• Share your knowledge and experience to train and mentor junior techs (Master level)

⭐ What You Bring

• Valid Master Plumber or Journeyman Plumber License in the state of Michigan
• Solid plumbing experience in both residential and/or commercial —water treatment experience is a huge plus
• A problem-solving mindset and pride in quality workmanship
• Strong communication skills and a service-first attitude
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
