What You'll Do
-
Provide compassionate, one-on-one therapy that restores movement, independence, and hope
-
Design and adapt individualized care plans that honor each patient's goals and abilities
-
Partner with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to create seamless, heartfelt care

Teach patients how to regain strength and confidence in the comfort of their own homes

Document thoroughly, ensuring that every success and challenge is honored and understood

Lead with empathy - guiding, uplifting, and empowering those in your care
What You'll Bring
-
Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
-
Current, unrestricted PT license in the State of Michigan
-
One (1) year of clinical experience (home health preferred)
-
A compassionate heart and a deep respect for patients and families

A dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
-
Willingness to travel within the Northern Territory (about 50%)
-
The physical ability to assist, lift, and support patients as needed (50-100 lbs)
