Administrative Assistant
Full-time, temp-to-direct Administrative Assistant needed in Jonesville to greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and provide general administrative support across departments.

Administrative Assistant Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 to $18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Greet and assist visitors as they enter the building.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Scan, file, and data entry.
Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong knowledge of Excel.
- Previous office experience required.
- HS Diploma/GED Required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
