Office Administrator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 to $20.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Serve as the main contact for residents, owners, vendors, and real estate agents; respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Coordinate vendor scheduling and communication for property maintenance, seasonal work, and community services.
• Manage office operations, secure resident records, and maintain an organized digital filing system.
• Support condo sales by providing governing documents, completing lender/title questionnaires, and coordinating board approval of sale.
• Maintain accurate and updated resident contact information, email lists, and owner access to the HOA website.

Office Administrator Qualifications:

• Office Admin experience required
• Must be okay working 15-20 hours a week
• Experience in administrative, office, property management, or HOA/real estate support roles is helpful, but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Comfortable learning and using digital tools (email, online documents, shared drives, simple spreadsheets).
• Excellent organization and follow-through; able to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.
