We invite you to bring your culinary drive to our kitchen, leave the chaotic late-night restaurant shifts and work DAY shifts with us. Be a part of a thriving production team who prepares for pick-up catering, retail entrees and our famous BBQ roadside stand. There are many staple items that our very busy kitchen currently produces, but we are always looking for new delicious ideas for our customers.

Your Role:

● Enjoy teamwork through positive influence, respect and care for the team. 

● Prepare numerous packaged entrees for retail, catering and our famous roadside BBQ.

● Keep an avid pace, work efficiently while practicing serve safe guidelines.

● Be enthusiastic and passionate about preparing quality products and top it off with an appealing presentation.

● Assist to anticipate and solve problems, keeping cost effectiveness measures and waste at a minimum. 

● Mindful of keeping the workplace clean and organized.

* You will be using ovens, grills, Robo Coop, knives, deep fryers, pasta cookers and more to prepare meals.

● You may distribute prepared pick-up catering to customers. 

● You may be asked to assist at the roadside BBQ; an enjoyable fast-paced environment.
