Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical failures in production machinery and control systems.
• Identify and implement electrical improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reliability, and safety.
• Lead electrical projects from conception to completion, including scope definition, budget, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure all electrical installations and operations comply with industry standards and safety regulations (e.g., NFPA 70E).
• Develop and program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for automated manufacturing processes.
• Create and maintain accurate electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI development for industrial automation.
• Strong understanding of industrial power distribution systems, motor control centers, and variable frequency drives.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems, machinery, and control circuits in a production environment.
• Experience with electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical) for schematics, panel layouts, and documentation.
• Knowledge of relevant electrical safety standards and codes, including NEC and NFPA 70E.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Exposure to robotics or machine vision systems in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of functional safety standards and machine guarding principles.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles experience.
