Entry-Level Marketing and Community Outreach Representative

We are an expanding marketing and outreach company based in Detroit, MI, working closely with nonprofit organizations to help increase awareness, community engagement, and fundraising success. Since opening our Detroit office, we have supported large-scale outreach campaigns that connect meaningful causes with local communities.

Due to continued growth and increased demand from our clients, we are actively hiring to expand our team and support new and ongoing campaigns.

Job Summary
We are currently hiring for an Entry-Level Marketing & Outreach Representative position. This is a customer-facing role where you will engage directly with the public to promote nonprofit campaigns, build relationships, and support fundraising efforts.

No prior experience is required. We provide structured, hands-on training for all new hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners at local events and outreach campaigns
• Communicate campaign messaging to community members in a clear and professional manner
• Assist with donor acquisition and ongoing supporter engagement
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily and weekly goals
• Maintain a positive and professional image of the organization
