Electrical Assembly Technician is needed for a manufacturing facility in Jackson, MI. This is a 1st shift opportunity. Will be responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and debugging electrical and control systems according to detailed schematics and specifications.

Electrical Assembly Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 to $20.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )
- The position focuses on assembling, wiring, testing, and debugging electrical systems while following engineering drawings and safety standards.
- Gather parts, drawings, and documentation for electrical and controls assembly.
- Assemble electrical components, wiring, and systems per schematics and specifications.
- Perform testing, quality checks, I/O checks, and machine debugging.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Electrical Assembly Technician Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to read, write, and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
- Ability to read a tape measure and use hand and power tools (saws, drills, belt sanders)
- Basic math skills and ability to distinguish wire colors
- Confidence working with machinery; low and high voltage experience is a plus
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
