Salary Range: $61,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, industrial machinery, and components.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults in manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for installations and repairs.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, electrical codes (e.g., NEC), and company Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Install conduit, pull wire, and terminate electrical connections for new and existing equipment.
• Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functionality and compliance with specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent industrial electrical certification.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems, motors, and control panels.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for diagnostics and minor programming.
• Strong understanding and strict adherence to electrical safety procedures, including LOTO and NFPA 70E.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting experience
• Experience with industrial robotics maintenance and repair
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Certification in specific areas such as arc flash safety or thermography
• Experience with high-voltage distribution systems
