Helm is a fast-growing company seeking an experienced Income Development Manager for the Northern Alberta territory. This position will work directly with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM dealerships to achieve F&I (Finance and Insurance) product sales objectives for Stellantis’ Mopar Vehicle Protection division. As a member of our team, you will drive revenue growth in the assigned territory through face-to-face training and sales in assigned dealerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with client field teams and dealership personnel to maximize results
  • Partner with dealership decision makers on mutually beneficial action plans and provide solutions utilizing our products and services
  • Consult with dealership ownership and management on a consistent basis to review performance, product mix, incentives, promotions, and opportunities
  • Work with client field teams to address and overcome loyalty issues
  • Escalate any dealership issues or concern to program manager and client field teams
  • Conquest dealerships splitting business or not utilizing Client’s products
  • Achieve and maintain “subject matter expert” status on client’s products
  • Train, educate, and motivate dealership personnel to grow product sales at assigned dealerships
  • Effectively manage your assigned territory to deliver the highest return on investment
  • Maintain and create account development business plans
  • Provide requested feedback to management and client, regarding competitive products, pricing, and any additional pertinent information
  • Utilize Salesforce.com CRM tool to record activities, action plans, as well as competitive and market information
  • Constantly evaluate performance vs. expectations
  • Team player with shared goals and responsibilities

Responsabilités :

  • Développer et entretenir des relations avec les équipes terrain des clients et le personnel des concessionnaires afin d'optimiser les résultats.
  • Collaborer avec les décideurs des concessionnaires sur des plans d'action mutuellement avantageux et fournir des solutions utilisant nos produits et services.
  • Consulter régulièrement les propriétaires et les dirigeants des concessionnaires afin d'examiner les performances, la gamme de produits, les incitations, les promotions et les opportunités.
  • Travailler avec les équipes terrain des clients pour traiter et surmonter les problèmes de fidélisation.
  • Signaler tout problème ou préoccupation concernant les concessionnaires au responsable du programme et aux équipes terrain des clients.
  • Conquérir les concessionnaires qui se partagent les affaires ou n'utilisent pas les produits du client.
  • Atteindre et maintenir le statut d'« expert en la matière » sur les produits du client.
  • Former, éduquer et motiver le personnel des concessionnaires afin d'augmenter les ventes de produits dans les concessionnaires assignés.
  • Gérer efficacement le territoire qui vous est attribué afin d'obtenir le meilleur retour sur investissement possible.
  • Maintenir et créer des plans d'affaires pour le développement des comptes.
  • Fournir les commentaires demandés à la direction et au client concernant les produits concurrents, les prix et toute autre information pertinente.
  • Utiliser l'outil CRM Salesforce.com pour enregistrer les activités, les plans d'action, ainsi que les informations sur la concurrence et le marché.
  • Évaluer en permanence les performances par rapport aux attentes.
  • Esprit d'équipe avec des objectifs et des responsabilités partagés.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA Degree preferably in business administration or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years Finance and Insurance experience within an automotive dealership and/or F&I Consulting or Development Services experience
  • Demonstrated successful sales or consulting experience
  • Analyze trends, metrics and formulate business plans
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
  • Motivated by bonus potential to exceed performance goals
  • Ability to manage a territory with limited direction
  • Overnight travel as required for business needs

  • Diplôme BS/BA, de préférence en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.

  • Expérience avérée et réussie dans la vente ou le conseil.
  • Capacité à analyser les tendances et les indicateurs et à élaborer des plans d'affaires.
  • Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles, orales et de présentation.
  • Motivation par le potentiel de primes pour dépasser les objectifs de performance.
  • Capacité à gérer un territoire avec un encadrement limité.
  • Déplacements de nuit selon les besoins de l'entreprise.
