Inventory Verification Associate

Are you someone who takes pride in accuracy and organization? We're seeking a dependable and detail-focused Inventory Verification Associate to support warehouse operations by ensuring products, shipments, and inventory records are accurate and properly documented.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify inbound and outbound freight against shipping documents and inventory records.
- Inspect products for accuracy, quality, and any visible damage.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with inventory control processes.
- Document discrepancies and communicate findings to warehouse leadership.
- Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Adhere to all workplace safety standards and company procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping, or receiving experience is beneficial but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency and data-entry skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Schedule & Compensation
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Start Time: 6:55 AM
End Time: Varies based on daily workload and operational needs
No Weekend Work Required
