Description

The Barista connects with the guests by providing them a friendly, enthusiastic, yet professional and timely service

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to standard recipes
• Take customer orders and handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and answer menu questions
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, etc.)
• Keep the workspace, counters, and seating areas clean and organized
• Restock supplies such as cups, lids, syrups, and food items
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Open or close the café (set up stations, clean down equipment, secure cash)
• Handle food items like pastries or light snacks, if applicable
• Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly during busy period
