Receptionist
Description of the role: The Receptionist at Serene Gardens of Clarkston is the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and callers. This role plays a crucial part in creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and residents in a warm and welcoming manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist in scheduling appointments
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Maintain Visitor and Resident Sign In & Sign Out Logs
- Comply with Residents’ Rights policy and Community and Employee Policies and Procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
