Entech Staffing has Machine Operator positions available on all shifts in Chesterfield.

Shift 1st shift 6:00 am to 4:30 pm - $17.00

Shift 2nd shift 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm $18.00

Shift 3rd shift 10:00 pm to 6:00 am $18.50

We're seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a vital part in our production process by setting up, operating, and maintaining our saw machines.

What you'll do:

• Set up saw machines according to specifications, including adjusting settings and loading materials.

• Operate saw machines safely and efficiently to cut wood with precision.

• Conduct regular quality checks on produced parts to ensure they meet our high standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

What you'll bring:

• A strong understanding of running machinery.

• The ability to read a tape measure and interpret measurements accurately.

• The ability to follow written and oral instructions clearly.

• A commitment to safety and a keen eye for detail.

• The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
