Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, program, and commission PLC and HMI/SCADA systems.
• Develop and maintain control system architecture and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation and electrical issues on production lines.
• Optimize existing control systems for performance, reliability, and safety.
• Create and update electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control documentation.
• Integrate new equipment and processes into existing manufacturing control systems.
• Ensure control systems comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, instrumentation, and sensor technologies.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and debug complex automation systems.
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and machine safeguarding principles.
• Experience in commissioning, startup, and optimization of manufacturing equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics integration and programming (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB, Universal Robots).
• Proficiency in high-level programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) for data analysis, custom tool development, or advanced system integration.
• Familiarity with industrial vision systems for inspection, guidance, or quality control applications.
• Experience with database integration, data historian systems, or MES/OEE reporting tools.
• Knowledge of industrial network security principles and best practices.
