Estimator / Project Manager
Are you an experienced Estimator or Project Manager looking to apply your expertise in a purpose-driven setting? What You'll Be Doing:
- Review bid documents and coordinate with leadership to assess project viability
- Prepare detailed unit price estimates using complex Excel-based databases
- Attend pre-bid meetings and manage bid bond requests and front-end documentation
- Collaborate with operations teams to transition projects post-bid
- Manage multiple projects, balancing estimating duties with project oversight
- Travel regularly to project sites and pre-bid meetings
- Maintain accurate and thorough bid proposals, ensuring compliance
About You:
- 5+ years of estimating experience in a heavy civil or environmental construction
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of earthwork, excavation, utility work, and demolition estimating
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
