We’re looking for a hands-on Field Technician Manager to oversee our crews, ensure quality standards, and keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and manage hood cleaning field technicians
• Build and maintain weekly job schedules and dispatch crews
• Conduct job site check-ins and quality inspections
• Review photos/reports from techs before closing jobs
• Train and mentor technicians on safety, cleaning standards, and company processes
• Ensure all jobs meet NFPA 96 standards and OSHA safety requirements
• Track hours, performance, and progress of techs
• Serve as the main link between office staff and field crews
• Address issues on-site and provide solutions to keep jobs on track

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in service/field management or crew leadership (hood cleaning, HVAC, janitorial, or similar industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to organize, schedule, and manage multiple crews at once
• Hands-on problem solver with high attention to detail
• Knowledge of hood cleaning and NFPA 96 standards a big plus (or willingness to learn)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional nights/weekends
