Salary Range: $45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic issues on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Install, commission, and calibrate new machinery or equipment as required.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and LOTO procedures during maintenance operations.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used accurately.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for equipment reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in industrial maintenance or a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for complex machinery malfunctions.
• Adherence to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
• Proficiency in basic welding or fabrication techniques
• Certification or experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
