The TDI Asset Manager is part of the Isocyanates and Inorganics leadership team and leads product management and optimization across the TDI value chain—including finished products, precursors, and raw materials. This role manages regional supply and demand and collaborates closely with the global Monomers Division (CM) and other regional teams.

As a TDI Asset Manager, you create chemistry by...

• Coordinating TDI production in North America, including precursors, raw materials, and regional business efforts, with the Global CM Strategy organization.
• Assisting in developing and executing short-term and long-term TDI business improvement strategies for North America, and owning the annual TDI Operating Plan.
• Managing co-producing relationships for the execution of intermediate and finished product swaps and/or sales as needed.
• Coordinating TDI exports with colleagues from other regions and with external stakeholders.
• Managing the regional monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and supporting the timely resolution of customer-facing NCMs (Non-Conformance Materials) by collaborating with supply chain logistics and quality assurance.
• Driving TDI value chain optimization and cost improvement activities.

If you...

• Hold a B.S. degree in Engineering or Business (MBA preferred)
• Have at least five (5) years of experience in Product Management, Sales/Marketing, or Operations
• Can interact confidently with key decision makers at all levels, including customers and senior management
• Demonstrate strong business acumen, planning skills, problem-solving ability, initiative, and a solid work ethic
• Bring experience in operational/cost analysis or contract management (a plus)
