Medical Customer Service Representative

- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm w/ 1 hour lunch

- Training: Hands on training with management, should be about a month until they are completely on their own. Will need to learn medical equipment, as well as their computer system.

- $1 PAY BUMP ONCE DIRECT

Job Description:

- Customer Service Specialists are responsible for learning and understanding the entire front-end process to ensure successful service for our patients

- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls, email

- May be responsible for obtaining, analyze, and verify the accuracy of information received from referrals, create orders, and or schedule the patient to receive equipment as ordered by their doctor

- Answer all calls and emails in a timely manner, in adherence to their goals

- Process orders, route calls to the appropriate resources, and follow up on customer calls where necessary

ON-CALL ONCE THEY GO DIRECT

1 weekend day 9am-9pm / 1 weeknight per month 5pm-9pm

The schedule is done quarterly - comes out in 3 month increments,

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Southfield, MI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Southfield,MI.
