Overview:

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking both a full-time Clinic Manager and staff-level Physical Therapist (full-time or part-time) to join our dynamic outpatient orthopedic team in East Lansing, MI .

This location supports a wide variety of patients and conditions, providing care for individuals across the age spectrum — from pre-op and post-op to work comp and sports-related injuries.

We welcome new grads for staff-level roles and are seeking a licensed PT with 1+ year of experience for the Clinic Manager position.

Position Options:

• Clinic Manager (Full-time only):
  Combine leadership and patient care in a role that blends clinical treatment with managerial responsibilities.

• Staff-Level Physical Therapist (Full-time or Part-time):
  Part-time applicants must have at least 20 hours of availability , including two evenings per week until 7 pm .

Caseload & Clinic Environment:

• General outpatient orthopedics

• All ages and a variety of diagnoses (pre-op, post-op, sports, motor vehicle, work comp)

Job Requirements:

• DPT degree (or equivalent)

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Michigan

• Clinic Manager role requires 1+ year of experience and full-time availability

• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Evening availability required for part-time candidates (2 nights/week until 7 pm)
