Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Recruiter to manage hiring efforts across multiple locations. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys owning the entire recruitment process, working independently, and bringing creative ideas to talent acquisition.

Our environment is structured and calm, but the work moves quickly. This position offers significant room for growth for a recruiter who wants to build systems, improve hiring outcomes, and become a trusted partner to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates using online job boards, databases, and direct outreach.
• Create and optimize job descriptions to attract high-quality applicants.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews while maintaining clear candidate communication.
• Track applicants through each stage of the hiring pipeline.
• Oversee onboarding tasks including paperwork, system access, and new-hire coordination.
• Provide regular recruiting updates and insights to leadership.
• Identify hiring challenges and propose process improvements and creative solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timelines are met consistently.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple openings and deadlines simultaneously.
• Self-directed with the ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, OneDrive, and online recruiting platforms.
• Able to work in a fast-paced but low-noise office environment.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST.

• Commute Requirement: Must be able to commute to Dearborn, MI 48124.
• Relocation Requirement: Must relocate to Dearborn, MI prior to start date.
